We welcome you to the County of Del Norte Department of Health and Human Services Behavioral Health Branch (DHHS, BHB) and to the Medi-Cal Mental Health Plan. In January, 2019 we integrated our Alcohol and Other Drugs and Mental Health Branches into one Behavioral Health Branch. We provide specialty mental health services for people who live in Del Norte County, including those who are eligible for Medi-Cal. In addition we provide substance use disorder treatment covered through Medi-Cal benefits. Sliding fee programs are also available to those who income qualify.
